Q: I will be in Perth at the end of February and would like to find some work for the 24th until the 29th. Anyone have any good contacts for temp work such as fruit picking, office assistant, shop assistant etc? I'm an Australian citizen so no problem with that part.
A: There is plenty of casual work just now. I suggest that if you have identified where you will be living, that you spend a short time going around local shops etc. However, I'm not sure that your short time frame will attract too many employers.
