A: Al small retailers can trade 24/7 as long as there are less than 13 people employed and the owners own 3 shops or less. But most don't because they are too lazy and they decide to close at the same time as Coles and Woolies. Most IGA's should be open, so too a lot of shops in the City, Fremantle, Hillarys etc, but don't be surprised if a lot of them decide to close on Easter Friday and Easter Monday
