Q: im thinking of having a blacklight party for my thirteenth but i dsont know where to have it. do you know where i can have the party that will let me change teh lights to blacklights. it has been done beofre. i live in perth western australia
A: Have you tried maybe council halls? The only drawback is, you have to be out by a certain time and have to clean up after yourself.
