A: Yes but Palm Beach is definately NOT cheap as it is part of the Northern Beaches/Suburbs which is rather expensive. In fact any of the beah suburbs are. The most expensive suburbs are the North Shore, Eastern Suburbs, North Suburbs, Southern Sydney, and the Inner West. The further out you go the cheaper it gets. Its not particularly hot at the moment even though it is summer. I blame La Nina who brought all this rain!
