A: Well, Neutral Bay (just north of North Sydney) has a ton of Japanese Restaurant's frequented by plenty of Japanese as well as locals. And it has a number of fashion shops. so could be a good place to start. ? Or Mosman, just down the road, which has plenty of upmarket fashion shops.
