Q: Hi there, I am visiting Sydney, Australia this July 2008 and i am interested in doing some good walking or say light trekking trips for one day. Can someone suggest any good trips ? I am not interested in walking the beaches. May be some good mountain trails or anything. Pls advise
A: This site http://www.wildwalks.com/ is an excellent resource. There are many walks along the Harbour foreshores. The Royal National Park to the south of Sydney, and Kuringai NP to the north have a large variety of walk. To the west, the Blue Mountains has hundreds of possibilities.
