A: The highest point in the Blue Mountains is One Tree Hill near Mount Victoria at about 1100 metres. That is a couple of hours drive to the west. My guess at the highest point in the metropolitan area would be somewhere around Hornsby or Mt Kuringai on the northern outskirts.
