A: for girls it KAMBALA a old castle like structure over looking the sydney harbour million dollar views..one of the most prestigious girls schools .princess micahel of kent went there.. the other girls school of world wide repute is ASCOT in darliing point..nestle just off the harbour.and you also have the catholic SAINT ANGELOS in north sydney..They are the most prestigious in sydney for girls..for boys its SAINT ANDREWS in north sydney..NEWINGTON COLLEGE in the suburb of stanmore..its a bording school but very prestigious with very large grounds. and KINGS COLLEGE another famous borading school for boys .they are all of the most prestigious you will find others as well...SYDNEY GRAMMAR FOR BOYS AND GIRLS was once one the best but has fallen in the last 30 years..but still good as a private school..there are some individual new schools which you have to investigate to see what they offer but from what i hear they are very expensive...... but in view to alll this there are some very good goverment schools too.in the bondi area they are dover hieghts public school vaucluse public school and saint spyridion at kingsford all with in a 10 minute drive..ps..bondi does ahve a scholl right on the beach but i dont think its very good..hope this helps
