Q: I've seen public high schools across sydney and their buildings are collapsing and the school seems to be size of a baseball diamond in an American high school, they don;t have proper cafeterias. I've seen schools in the US and its MASSIVE! The buildings are huge, the schools are new and shiny, they actually have sport facilities such as indoor basketball courts, olympic swimming pools and a running tracks. So why are Australian public schools so bad even tho its a developed country? i find it ignorant for children to be taught in such BAD facilities!!

A: i guess it depends. who said that a pefect school produces people who can eran high incomes or become sporting legends. many of australias greatest sporting legends went to what you think of as crappy highschools. i know people who went to sydney public highschools who are now top of their field and earning in excess of 200k a year. its an attituide to learning that student needs most. obviously you didnt go to any of the highschools in the ghetto areas, or the run down areas, so you only saw what you wanted to see. we dont have cafeterias because its not part of our school make up. australia is australia, not america.
